WECV aims to create a diverse community of women entrepreneurs, contributing to the advancement of women’s roles and images in the Vietnamese economy, thereby promoting gender equality through strengthening the economic power of women in Vietnam. WECV supports connections with industry experts and provides knowledge through training sessions, project pitching, networking, and sharing within the community.

The core members of WECV at the time of establishment are alumni of the first season of the Future For Women program. WECV operates under the guidance of a voluntary Executive Committee.
The launching ceremony of the WECV Executive Committee for the term 2023-2024 took place on May 27, 2023.
The vision and mission of WECV are to provide training and enhance individual capabilities, gradually improving each business startup model with the advice of a diverse team of experts from various industries, both domestically and internationally. Through WECV, the Vietnamese women’s community is supported step by step, providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and support networks to fully leverage their strengths in creating positive values, bringing about practical and beneficial outcomes for the community and society.
By participating in WECV activities, female entrepreneurs continue to develop their knowledge and skills related to women’s leadership and business management. It also serves as a platform for business owners and female managers to access advanced educational programs and a variety of scholarships offered by domestic and international organizations. Participants can engage in exchanges, learn from real business models of large companies in the same field. Furthermore, WECV promotes action programs to enhance the image and role of women in society.

The WECV community also provides opportunities for members to access advanced educational programs and a variety of scholarships offered by domestic and international organizations. They can engage in exchanges, learn from real business models of large companies in the same field. Additionally, WECV organizes training sessions with the aim of motivating through the success stories of women who have started their own businesses. Through this, they connect entrepreneurial women with each other and understand their needs and challenges in order to create better support programs.
